Are You Like Christ?

"I am asking you all, ask yourself, are you doing the thing’s your Savior is doing in life?

By this do you call yourself a Christian? Do you know that The word Christian means to live or be like Christ. How many people do you know who are anywhere near, like the Yeshua-Jesus Christ of the Bible? God is THE God of forgiveness. (Jeremiah 31:34) says: "And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more."

God also expects us to forgive others. ( Ephesians 4:32 says:) "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." Read scriptures like these: "Thou shall not judge"; "As you judge, so shall you be judged",and
"Judge not less you be judged" (Matthew 7:1 ) ( Matthew 7:2 ) ( Luke 6:37)

My dear friends, read about the spirit of the law and how Jesus himself preached nothing about condemning anyone, but. He preached repentance and to be forgiven of all your sins. GOD HATES self- righteousness. GOD also hates VANITIES ( Deuteronomy 32:21,) and GOD absolutely hates hypocrites. (Matthew 23:14, Luke 11:44)

These are the things that Our GOD loves so much--- Humbleness, meekness, kindness, and most of all, LOVE, for HE is Love! (I John 4:8) says: " He that loveth not knoweth not God: for God is love." Remember YESHUA Jesus told his disciples, above all, love covers a multitude . Read more examples who Christ is in (Hebrews 7:26-28;Colossians 1:15-20)

　Paul states in (1 Corinthians 13:1-8) that you can keep every law and every holy day and give all your money for show, but if you don't have love then it is all in vain. You can go to church seven days a week and give away everything you own; you can even read your Bible for the umpteenth time, but if you don't have love for all peoples, then you are doing all of it for nothing.

You can say long prayers and wish everyone well, and you are still not going to be SAVED! Yes doing all these types of things still does not cut it with God. He wants you to do all these things simply because you like doing them. God wants to know that in your heart you do really love others; that's what it is all about my fellow Christians.

Paul knows that even though we might try to obey all the Laws of God, we are just weak human flesh, hopelessly enslaved to the sins that the commandments forbid. We always seem to fail to do the righteous things we want to do, and despite our best intentions, we go ahead and commit the very sins we hate. Still, the religious formulas and equations of the scribes and pharisees and theologians demand that we avoid God’s punishment and earn our own salvation-- deserve our own salvation-- by obeying to the letter all the rules, regulations, and rituals of religion. But it’s hopeless, Paul says. Every personal effort at holiness is doomed to failure

The only way you and I will ever enter the kingdom of God is not marching in righteously on our own two feet, but carried in as helpless sinners, held in the loving embrace of those same arms that were stretched out on the hard wood of the cross for our redemption.

We have all fallen short of the Glory of God -No one and I mean NO ONE is like our YESHUA MESSIAH-JESUS CHRIST! Yet All who except him becomes brothers and sister’s in the eyes of our Father God!

ALL Preacher’s who are trying to teach the old Law mixed with Grace or Old Testament with New Testament leave out the most important message of all, That is the Blood of Yeshua-Jesus and Grace brought to us by our Father God Almighty. It is all about Him and the glory of God’s plan to save everyone, yes, I said EVERYONE!

(Gal.1:6-7: Col 2:6-13) are a couple more of these kinds of scriptures and is the message of LAW vs Grace. ( see my article with the same name for further explanations).

Let’s take a look in (Gal 2:16-21) " Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain."

Those who teach "you must live by the Law", are really saying Christ’ death was for nothing!

Just because some men go to Seminar school of their own religion does not make them right.See if they were taught by Dogma, and religion, all made by men who made doctrine for their own churches could be wrong? Could be a Catholic doctrine, or whatever, it doesn’t make them right.

As for you and me, we need to read our own Bible our self, then ask questions and seek the Lord for real truth. Once we get past religion we find GOD waiting with open arms to accept us as growing children seeking their Father with open minds and hearts. As we grow, we find our purpose in life and start loving everyone like JESUS told us to do, yes even our enemies. The hardest part of being a Christian is walking with Jesus and becoming like Him. Again it is all about Jesus, not us. We are to become like Christ to be a Christian, how you doing so far?

When you get the chance read both chapter’s of Galatians 3 & 4 to see NO LONGER UNDER THE LAW but SAVED BY GRACE the law was fulfilled in YESHUA’S DEATH on the cross!

Now we study the example of Hagar and Sarah in a story of LAW vs GRACE!
(Galatians 4:21-30) shows these two way’s of life still going on today as doing and living by

DO’S N DO NOT’S of the Laws in the old testament.
You see ,and I bet, you did not know that there are 613 different Laws these laws which are in the "Book of Leviticus"or also called "book of laws" in the old testament Bible and 10 of them are the TEN COMMANDMENTS which was given 420 years after HAGER AND SARAH ,these LAWS Given to MOSES on the Mountain of God was given to the 12 Tribes of Israel and their children, are you a decedent or are you a gentile (the rest of the world)?.

Which one or more have you broken lately because if you broke one, we all have, then your guilty of breaking them all. Judged by the LAW=DEATH compared to SAVED by the Blood of the Messiah =GRACE. Which one do you live under?

You see, when we sit around and worry about what others think of us or what they think we are doing, then we are not pleasing God. God wants us all to be happy and do what is right, because we love doing what's right for Gods sake. Ask this of yourself, are you more afraid of what some minister or church might say about you, or how they might judge you?
People Worry more about what God thinks of you. You will be a lot better off.

Beloved, in this life we can't do enough good to ever make up for all the wrongs we do. Right now you are thinking, if that's the case then I might as well quit trying because I'm not ever going to make it to the kingdom of God.

(Gal.4:30-31) "Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free." we are free through Abraham’s seed -JESUS-YESHUA MESSIAH, Because YESHUA fulfilled-completed all these laws so, you and I could be FREE. Remember when Jesus said by burden is light? He lifted the laws which lead to death so we all can live forever in him before our Father. Amen and Amen

Now before you fly of the handle

This is what some say when they hear the words in the books of Galatians and Ephesians but, that "is not what I am saying". I am trying to say, God’s Laws should be in your minds and on your hearts, where you do not want to do any of these things simple because-- you love God and want to please Him! We don’t want to break any laws because, we are covered by the blood of Jesus Yeshua and the Holy Spirit that lives in us tells us this. The Bible say’s The laws written on stone tablets are written in your hearts and mind—AMEN.

This is the Good News-Except Christ, receive the Holy Spirit ,be baptized, and you are SAVED!

"Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

All we can do is accept the fact, that Jesus himself, hanging, and bleeding on the cross in his foolish love for you, has already paid in your name, obeyed in your place, and prayed on your behalf. He offers his hand and pulls you from the fire. Jesus was always reaching out to those around Him, even in death. He was crucified between two thieves. They were guilty as charged, unlike Jesus. One of them spoke to Him from the cross, believed and asked Jesus to remember him when He came into his kingdom. Jesus recognized his faith and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise." Saved or Not those with last minute repentance? I think so!

YESHUA had compassion for sinners and helped them unconditionally. No matter how disgusting, disenfranchised, or diseased they were, Jesus was willing to serve them right where they were-in the middle of great need-when they had no one else to whom they could turn. YESHUA is still reaching out to this very day. And once you know that, your whole life changes. When you obey in love and in the spirit of the law, you obey not out of legal obligation, but out of humble gratitude and faith

(Galatians 5:4, 5) Remember Jesus said to his disciple after he came back from the dead "If you love me, love one another"

"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law."( Galatians 5:16-18) Again WE ARE FREE IN YESHUA MESSIAH for he did it ALL.

Each of us should judge ourselves

"Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith."

Bearing one another’s burdens ,is not, Who is better, Who’s more right, Who’s church building is nicer. who’s steeple is higher, People ,it is ALL ABOUT JESUS OUR MESSIAH and ALL HE did for you and me so we can not brag "we did it by keeping some laws or doing good" NO, it is bigger ,Jesus is bigger, His blood covers all sin and is better than all religions and ideas or dare I say it--- church doctrines–those who teach all about laws and doing works ,you know those (goodie- too- shoes) who think they have all the truth? ANY OF THEM LIKE CHRIST?

WAKE UP! QUIT PLAYING RELIGION, BEFORE CHRIST COMES BACK, AND FINDS OUT, WHO IS HIS AND WHO IS JUST RELIGIOUS CHURCH GOERS? It is not about you or me or what church we belong to, it is about Yeshua Messiah and our Father in Heaven who both love us all and wants us to make it into the Kingdom to be a family with the Father of us all!

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predesignated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself"(Eph. 1:7-14) see also (Eph.2:3,5) ALL of you are SAVED my friends all of you.

(Ephesians 2: 6-10) Christ does it all! In verse 13 we read All people are Gentiles if not Jews so, we are all one people in Christ! Read the rest of this Chapter (Ephesians.2:19-22) the Unity of the body (Church)means all people.

"But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not fear what they fear ; do not be frightened." But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. It is better, if it is God's will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit" (1 Peter 3:14-18)

　"With all lowliness and meekness, with long suffering, forbearing one another in love;

Here is a famous quote "ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR ALL" this goes well with this my dear friends,

"Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ"(Ephesians 4:13-15) as verse 27 tells us to" don’t give the devil a chance" see every time we point a finger at what all other church people do wrong we feed the devil what he wants, confusions and hate and condemnation. WE ARE ALL WAY-SHORT OF BEING LIKE CHRIST, HUH?

HOW CHRISTIAN IS YOUR CHURCH or more to the point How close like Christ are YOU?

"God is light and in Him is no darkness at all So if we say we are His friends, but go on living in spiritual darkness and sin, we are lying. But if we are living in the light of God's presence, just as Christ does, Then we have wonderful fellowship and joy with each other, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from every sin. ( 1 John 1:5-7 ) TLB

"For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, "Abba! Father!' The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him" (ROMANS 8: 15-17 )

Jesus said. " Love God with all your heart and to love your fellow man as you love yourself." (Matt.22:37-40)

Are you following these examples of Christian Living or just going to church? Do you know that you are

"in Jesus" right now, And you are a true Christian? Every day you should be growing more and more like Him ,are you?

Don't let your pastor or some church bring you back under the old law. Read what Paul says in these books of the Bible: Ephesians, Galatians, and Colossians.

Forget all the religious garble others have told you, read it for your own peace of mind. Wisdom comes from God, God gives you faith and faith gives understanding which gives you wisdom with the power of the Holy Ghost.

You can’t obey your way into God’s Kingdom

That is simple salvation

And so my beloved brethren let me close with (Ephesians 4:32) "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

He offers his hand and pulls you from the fire. And once you know that, your whole life changes. If you obey Gods word, you obey not out of legal obligation, but out of humble gratitude and faith. If you fail to obey, you realize that there is nothing in the world that you can ever do to earn God’s love, and there is nothing in the world that you can ever do to lose God’s love, no matter what.
