APATHY, DENIAL OF THE HOLY SCRIPTERS, INCORPORATION UNREPENTED SINS OF THE CHURCHES, CHAPLAINCIES, MINISTRIES OF THE STATE CHURCH FORWARDED BY Chaplain Tom Cole GUIDELINES FOR UNREGISTERED CHURCHES (Principle Texts: Matthew 28:18-20; Eph. 5:23-33; I Peter 2:9) 1. Do not incorporate. Do not operate an unincorporated association of Church members or a corporation. 2. Do not file any federal, state, county, or city forms. 3. Do not have corporate instruments such as a constitution or bylaws. A statement of faith, covenant, or in-house agreement only are biblical. 4. No corporate officers such as trustees, treasure, clerk, business managers or official board. Only a pastor, superintendent (I Tim. 3:1) and deacons-attendants (I Tim. 3:10). 5. No annual business meetings. No congregational voting. Counsel and consent only asked by the pastor is biblical. 6. Do not apply for a federal employment EIN number or TIN. 7. Do not apply for tax exemption of any kind. The church is not tax exempt but non taxable. 8. Do not use federal regional zip code for address. 9. Do not participate in corporate debt. 10. Deal in cash only unless a bank account can be secured without an I.D. number. 11. Make no agreements concerning discrimination. 12. Accept no inspections of any kind: fire, health, welfare, zoning, building permits, etc. 13. Do not have any employees, only servant/ministers. 14. Pay pastors or others with cash love gifts only. 15. Give no W-2, or W-4 forms to anyone. 16. File no 941 or 1099 forms. Pay no workers compensation or unemployment compensation. 17. Keep no records for the IRS or any other government agency. 18. In most states, own no property. If property is to be owned, deeds must be written correctly. Call a reliable attorney who is a believer for advice. 19. Have no vehicles registered in the name of the church. 20. Do not recognize or obey any court order addressed to the church or its ministry. 21. Do not take a license to preach the gospel from any level of government. 22. Do not marry anyone with a state marriage license. 23. The church cannot officially be associated with any incorporated denomination, fellowship, or mission board. 24. Do not support missionaries from an incorporated mission board. 25. Do not put educational ministry under any incorporated agency, secular or religious. Do not apply for accreditation. 26. Receive no government subsidy, earned income credit, school vouchers, etc. 27. It is best to have no utilities listed in the name of the church. 28. Fly only a Christian flag inside and out, the flag representing the Kingdom of Heaven. Do not fly national or state flags. Who is really King of your church? Perhaps if we had real churches we would have real preachers. A real preacher would preach the Law to the oppressor and Liberty to the people. Richard Hoskins, in the Hoskins Report 6/98 outlined 29 IRS regulations ertaining to 501(c)(3) churches: 1. Church must be incorporated. 2. Church must have a "recognized" creed and IRS approved form of worship. (Who does the approving and accepts the "form" is not covered in the regulations) 3. The church must have a definite and distinct ecclesiastical hierarchical government. (?) 4. The church must have an IRS approved formal "code" of doctrine and discipline. (Type and what discipline are not identified in IRS regs) 5. It must be a denomination with a distinct religious history. (?) 6. Must have "ordained" ministers. (?) 7. Ministers must have been educated in state accredited colleges. (More opportunity for PC indoctrination of ministers) 8. Must be neutral on political issues. (Helps explain why churches never preach against the sins and blasphemies of government officials, despite blatant violations of the Law of God) 9. Must have a "tax exempt" status issued by the IRS. 10. Must pay a fee to the IRS for this "tax exempt" status. 11. Must be engaged in furthering exclusively public purposes. (?) 12. The church cannot bar its services to the public. (?) 13. The pastor must answer to the IRS as to the daily activities of the church. 14. The IRS must be privy to all financial transactions, including sources, donors, expenditures, and if cash is used, a possible association with money-laundering is suspected. 15. Books and records must always be available. 16. The Pastor must inform the IRS of the names of all donors. 17. Gifts to missionaries and evangelists exceeding $600 requires filing form 1099. 18. The church may use only IRS approved methods of fund raising. 19. The Pastor will be called to account by the IRS over any stand taken against the tax system. 501(c)(3) requires church pastors to preach on taxpaying. (Ever notice how pastors preach a sermon about 'rendering unto Caesar' on the Sunday before April 15th?) 20. Must submit names of all church workers, down to and including maintenance people. 21. Must give unlimited submission to civil magistrates pertaining to all laws - federal, state and local - including public policy. (Jewish and Christian clergy are more obedient to man's government than to the Royal Law of God) 22. The church must advocate and promote racial integration. 23. Must not publicly oppose licensing of churches. 24. May not engage in political activities opposing pornography. (Now you can see why there are no sermons on this) 25. May not support legislation saying that children belong to parents and not the state. 26. May not form a political action committee or actively support legislation opposing lotteries and gambling. 27. May not advocate support of the U.S. or State constitutions as the supreme law of the land. (Helps explain why Christian pastors and Jewish rabbis do not speak out) 28. May not participate in opposing the school system. (As they may find that God has been removed) 29. May not publicly declare that the church is to obey God rather then man's government. "We ought to obey God rather than men." Acts 5:29 "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." (Third article of the Bill of Rights) Not only in America but everywhere, THOSE ARE GOD GIVEN RIGHTS, for which you MUST EARNESTLY CONTEND to keep or SURRENDER. Those rights to be FREE FROM a state religion, to be FREE to Speak the TRUTH of your faith and conscience, to be FREE to preach, to be FREE to publish, to be FREE to peaceably assemble, to be FREE to speak against evil in government THOSE RIGHTS ARE GOD GIVEN RIGHTS THAT ARE SURRENDERED WHEN ANY CHURCH INCORPORATES (501c3) ANY SUCH CHURCH CANNOT HAVE JESUS CHRIST BE ITS KING IN ANY WAY BUT A VIRTUAL WAY. THEY ARE CAESAR'S CHURCHES. THEY ARE STATE CHURCHES. THEY ARE NOT CHURCHES OF JESUS CHRIST. And in like manner, no Jewish temple or shul who incorporates with the IRS is following the G-d of Israel. By law, the 501c3 church may not: • preach 'politically incorrect' sermons • influence legislation • participate in political action • endorse candidates • oppose candidates • publish or distribute political positions Perhaps this is why the organized church today is silent concerning the actions of antichirst government. There is absolutely nothing more dangerous than being willfully ignorant. “My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory to shame. They eat up the sin of my people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings. For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the Lord. Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart.” Hosea 4: 6-11. When a people purposely reject Biblical Truth, and true Spiritual knowledge it is because they have willfully become ignorant: “like people, like priest.” The greatest tragic Dangerous Deception is the “Culture War” against the Most, High, Holy, and Righteous Almighty God, the Creator of ALL Things. The undeniable fact that a great multitude of “Religious Leaders” have deserted Almighty God, His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, quenched the Spirit(Holy Ghost), and rejected His preserved and inherent word the Holy Bible(bible of the week club); therefore leading We The People into abominable compromise, and unbelief. The undeniable tragic fact that the ‘modern contemporary’ churches of the Living God have followed the wide path to destruction, exactly the same way as ancient Israel. However without any doubt whatsoever this could only happen by purposely changing our Christian Constitutional Republic guaranteed by a Biblically based Constitution into!!!!???? There really is Nothing New Under the Sun, and Dangerous Deception is repeating itself. A very knowledgeable theologian once said something like this: “We have learned something from history, and that is that we have really learned nothing from history!” The above prophetic Scriptural judgment penned hundreds, and hundreds of years ago show a timeless principle that is just as applicable today, as it was then. When people especially in these United States of America-a former Christian Constitutional Republic formed on the principles of the Holy Scriptures die without being born again, saved by grace, it most assuredly is not because Almighty God would want anyone to be lost: “WHO WILL HAVE ALL MEN TO BE SAVED, AND TO COME UNTO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH (REMEMBER CHRIST JESUS SAID HE WAS THE TRUTH!). I Timothy 2 : 4. The Most High, Holy, and Righteous Almighty God is: “not willing that any should perish” and He proved this beyond the shadow of any doubt, or controversy by sending His beloved Son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to die on the cruel cross, and to rise from the dead for the whole world. Yet Almighty God has given us (everyone without exception) the responsibility of accepting or rejecting so Great a Salvation His ultimate Love of full forgiveness and free salvation in and through Christ Jesus. It is so very incredibly sad that the great majority, the multitude (which we are commanded never to follow) willfully choose not to come to repentance, and be born again, saved by grace. You, might be asking “preacher just how does one be born again, saved by grace”? So very glad that you asked. First we must believe in the Creator God(The Word, {Jesus Christ} John 1:1-10-, His Spirit-Holy Ghost) with a childlike faith no doubt whatsoever, then one must realize that they are a sinner{for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God} repent by remorsefully confessing and turning from their sins, calling on the Holy Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ(the only Name whereby we must be saved-no other way-no other name), trusting entirely in His Shed Blood for the remission of their sins, and eternal life in heaven(the New Jerusalem), being Baptized by the Holy Ghost: the Most Holy Spirit of Almighty God taking residence in the fully redeemed believer who has become a New Creature-A Child of God, a Biblical saint. This is the Greatest of all Gifts. Then the newly born believer, and yes even older convert must seek a Holy Bible believing, preaching, practicing, and serving church of Almighty God’s choice, which will be pastored by a Holy Ghost taught, and sent preacher. And then, not forsake the assembling of themselves together on the Lord’s Day, and every time the church is open, for prayer services, etc. They need a Holy Spirit directed preacher, and an obedient to the preserved and infallible word, the Holy Bible, congregation. Satan and his ministers who always appear as ministers of righteousness have fostered Dangerous Deception in the contemporary churches of the Living God. There is only one mediator between the Most High God, and man; and that is our Precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The pagan Greeks and Druids of the ancient world practiced rebellion against Almighty God(which is as the sin of witchcraft- (black or white), with their pantheon of gods and goddesses(nothing new under the sun, the new age is nothing more than the ages old immorality of rejecting Almighty God and His word). Santa Clause at Christmas Time-Egg laying bunnies at Easter!!! That is why it is so very vital for us to only adore and worship the One True God the Creator of ALL things living and dead. As in Biblical Times the emphasis remains the same right now today! To avoid Dangerous Deception to contrast between those ancient evil religions and yes the modern ones to stress that only one who is both God and man, the man Christ Jesus, can mediate between man an our Creator God. He is absolutely the only way to the Most High, Holy, and Righteous Almighty God; and our only mediator(advocate) between the believer and the Father which art in Heaven! One of the most Dangerous Deceptions is that when men purposely lack knowledge that would save them from Hell, because they willfully with forethought rejected the one and only Redeemer of ALL mankind, Jesus Christ, and His preserved infallible words the Holy Scriptures (extremely pandemic in most of the contemporary churches and ministries this very moment)!!!!! The Holy Scriptures tell us that in the last days(things are not getting better, they are getting worse the earth is winding down, species are going extinct, eventually the earth will burn) the fairy tale for adults unproven preposterous evolution notwithstanding: “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves(evolutionary humanism-ancient pantheistic paganism-even in the church) covetous(idolatry-money god-anything living or dead placed over and above Almighty God), boasters, proud(pride before the fall-humanistic pride very evident in America today-placing the national flag over and above the Flag of Christ Jesus), blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy. Without natural affection(a Dangerous Deception evidenced by perverse homosexual behavior that characterize the last day of modern society), truce breakers(refusing to Honor Almighty God’s preserved word the Holy Bible, His Commandments or honor treaties), false accusers(multitudes of people slandering Bible believers, doing the work of Satan and his devils), incontinent(without power), Traitors(contemporary churches betraying their Head Jesus Christ), highminded(puffed up in self), lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God(one need only to compare the number professing Christians seeking pleasure or shopping on the Lords Day to the number in church); Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away(religious humanist in the most contemporary churches, liberal theologians)! In most contemporary denominations, there are modernist and (‘New Agers’). For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead silly women(the very modern and extremely evil false Dangerous Deception the unnatural concept of a women who willfully minimizes her wonderful and Godly feminine nature, seeking to be something she was not created by the Creator to be: i.e. woman overseas in military combat while their husbands and children are at home) laden with sins, led away with divers lust(lady astronauts), Ever learning(This is a Dangerous Deception and a precise depiction of modern academically impaired intellectual educators ‘professing themselves to be wise they became fools’), and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” II Timothy 3 : 1-7. Remember that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ assured us that He was the TRUTH!!!! They have willfully and purposely rebelled- and resisted the truth: “For the time will come(not might, it is here right now ) when they will not endure sound doctrine(pandemic in most all of the so called contemporary modern churches); but after their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers(have refused men ordained and sent by Almighty God), having itching ears(turning from the truth), And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” II Timothy 4 : 3-4. Unto fables, pagan myths founded on pantheistic philosophy of the totally absurd theory of evolution-which has rejected the plain truth of the transcendent personal Almighty God of Creation, and of the preserved and inherent word the Holy Bible. It is an undeniable fact that heathenistic/pagan myths are revived in modern contemporary ‘New Age’ Mother Earth worship founded, and I repeat, on the unbelievable and therefore un-provable, theory of evolution. This Dangerous Deception is in a “Culture War”, which of course is instigated by Satan and his devils promoting “Doctrines of Devils. The contemporary church has aided and abetted this extremely dangerous spiritual warfare. Those individuals saved or unsaved that would be so arrogant as to question the preserved and inherent word the Holy Scripture inspired by Almighty God through His Holy Spirit. Again I must repeat that this is being done on an unprecedented scale. Because of their willful ignorance there is a completely horrendous “naturalistic’ view of history. They have refused to see the evidence of creation placed before their very eyes for all to see and know, by the Most High, Holy, and Righteous Almighty God Jehovah, the CREATOR. And, are you asking the question, what about those that have never heard or read the Holy Bible? The Scriptures say: they are without excuse, because Almighty God has placed an intuitive knowledge of Himself and His laws in their consciences. “Because that which may be known of God is manifest(obvious-completely understandable) in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.” Romans 1 : 19. Furthermore: “Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their consciences also are bearing them witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another, In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.” Romans 2 : 15-16. We must understand that the Dangerous Deception is the notion of a fool that says in his heart there is no Almighty God, no Judgment, no Hell. The Holy Scriptures show us without controversy or any doubt whatsoever that the Biblical record is a historical fact. The serpent has been explicitly identified as Satan the Devil, the arch deceiver, father of lies, “Yea hath God” said: the author of Dangerous Deception, who turned Eve and Adam against their Creator; who is working very successfully I might say through false teachers to turn the contemporary church away from the Second Advent, the return of the head of the church Jesus Christ!!!! “AND AS IT IS APPOINTED UNTO MEN ONCE TO DIE, BUT AFTER THIS THE JUDGMENT: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” Hebrew 9: 27-28. Mankind is extremely gullible (Willfully Open to Dangerous Deception), and will most always believe a lie; and therefore it is very profitable to counterfeit by Dangerous Deception. The Dangerous Deception is spiritual counterfeits that are the most dangerous of all, and at all time the most difficult to identitifiy. There are many false gods paving the way to Hell, and this is the supreme warning of Almighty God’s Ten Commandments- the very first: “Thou shalt have no other gods (anything living or dead placed above or before Almighty God) before me.” We are warned to beware of false prophets, and false Christs, and those who would preach another Jesus; along with those preaching another gospel, instead of the true saving Gospel of Christ Jesus, and to reprove and rebuke evil in the church, government, and society!. Larry Lilly’s Letter: “I recently sent, in response to a request, several copies of my booklet, “Hell Don’t Make The Trip.” In response I received the following: “A man was driving to work when a truck drove through a stop sign, hit his car broadside, and knocked him out. A passerby pulled him from the wreck and revived him. He began a terrific struggle and had to be tranquilized by he medics. Later, when he was calm, they asked him why he struggled so. He Said, “I remember the impact, then nothing. I woke up on a concrete slab in front of a huge, flashing Shell sign. And somebody was standing in front of the S.” For many years sophisticated unbelievers have strongly held that there is no such place as heaven or hell. At least they hope not! In the religious arena entire groups of people, often mistakenly called Fundamentalist’s, hold that there is no place called hell. Other more honest religionist hold that, yes, there is a hell, but the flames spoken of in the stories of Jesus are just ‘intense symbols.’ Just intense symbols? Do you take comfort in such blather? I suppose the men and women who express such things mean well. The ones I know and have read after all are men and women of higher education and fully understand that the term ‘intense symbol’ means the actuality is far more intense than the symbol and usually was/is used as a means to communicate an incomprehensible truth by means of something with which the people are familiar. Hence the pain inducing image of fire………………………… In what one man termed, “Lilly’s incurable need to cling to a literal interpretation of the Bible, it is only to be expected that he would assert literal fire in hell, if there is such a realm.” I confess that while I do hold to the literal position of understanding the truth of scripture, I rest in the hand of Jesus who is holding me in hands of love……Hell is but only one of the terrible punishments Christ delivers believers from…..So, how about you?
