Simple Salvation Church of God

Since Sectarianism is the root cause of spiritual immaturity, for us to be free of it, we it is important to realize who we are really are to follow, and that any Christian leader leads under the direction and guidance of Christ

  To conclude with the final part of this message, from where I left off, I said,  Paul in own his way, was saying, that no matter what office that our church have as pastors, etc , their underlying role of that of servants of Christs. He used a Koine Greek word, for which we get the word deacon. diakonos which means "servant" or "minister" if you prefer, which by the came from a Latin word used the by the Romans, ministrae, which we are get the word "servant."

 Also in his way, he saying that, later on in the same passage, that Christian leaders aren't to be given credit sole credit, for the growth of any church, or in Greek "ekklesia," meaning "called out ones"--members of the  body of Christ, God himself is.  Pastors plant the "seed," and deacons apply  the "water" to what is planted in their hearts, in order for God to shine His light and make what was "planted" grow, and cause them to grow as well.  God himself is the actual head gardener, and pastors, deacons, etc, are those that work under Him, for His spiritual garden the Body Of Christ.
