Dear Jimmie,

Last night I was in a meeting here in our nation's capital with my dear friend Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. So much has changed since the day more than thirty years ago when I anointed him with oil and prophesied over him that he would twice serve as Israel's Prime Minister...and that his second term in office would be in the moment of Israel's greatest crisis.

That day has come. This is it: the moment that the Spirit of God spoke of through me on that day so long ago. The threat posed to Israel by a nuclear Iran is one the Jewish state simply cannot survive. I keep hearing apologists for Iran and enemies of Israel saying that the threat is being overblown; it is not! If action is not taken soon, either by Israel, the U.S. or both, Iran's leaders WILL have nuclear weapons, and it will be too late to stop them.

In a powerful speech last night to AIPAC here in Washington, Mr. Netanyahu said, "We've waited for diplomacy to work. We've waited for sanctions to work. None of us can afford to wait much longer. We are determined to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. We leave all options on the table. And containment is definitely not an option. The Jewish state will not allow those seeking our destruction to possess the means to achieve that goal."

The pressures being put on Prime Minister Netanyahu are incredible. The Jewish state stands isolated and almost totally alone. Israelis know they are in the fight of their lives for their survival. And through prayer we can and must be part of this battle as well.

To show the people of Israel our support, the Jerusalem Prayer Team has launched a Purim campaign to allow us to meet the needs of the poor of Israel and help them prepare for the coming war.
