Does He Raise you up?
For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to ... James!
(1 Corinthians 15:3-7)
During the past few years God has raised me up out of storms in my life..At the time I was going through some things a friend told me that He is carrying me as I go through this.
Sometimes I seem to think or feel that God has left me but I start thinking maybe its me who left Him, so the last few days I have been thinking that maybe its me being so caught up in my storms that I focus on me and the circumstances. If I focus on Jesus, God will raise me up, like in the verses above God raised Him up on the third day.We who are in Christ will raise up with Him the day He comes to take us home.
We can use these verses to in our lives as we go through things as God will raise us up out of our daily trials like He is going to raise us up to meet Him in the air as HE returns to take us home. Love BettyB

Stairs Of Life
Life is like the stairs we climb Each step is higher than the other We take it one step at a time We prepare our steps each time we climb.
As we take the step of faith We need to climb the trials we have and then we can go on as we pass by we keep them going even when it gets tough
Things get rough on these stairs of life But soon we see how it changes our life How we take these steps and things turn out right
Even in the night when our sorrows give us concern God is there to help and he stays concerned.
So when you climb these stairs of life Keep your focus at the top Because God is there and he doesn't ever stop.

Throughout Scripture, God reminds us that if our trust is in him and if we share his blessings with others, he will make sure we have all that we need. How can we be sure? Look at the confidence Jesus had in God!
Dear Father, please forgive me for trying to find my security and hope in things other than you. I know that there is no other source of hope, freedom, and security than you. Help me tear down every idol that I may have erected that dilutes or distorts my trust in you. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
Galatians 6:2-3
2.Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. 3.If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing,
he deceives himself.
What does this passage mean to you?
To me it means loving each other, and praying for each other.
When we are depressed and things are going wrong in our lives and we
reach out to comfort each other and pray that is carrying each others burdens.
It doesn't mean scold or prove someone wrong or right, we are to love as God loves us.
let's love each other and show others that we are known as Christians by our love.
When You Whisper!
When you whisper to me In my heart I see The love you hold so deep within Keeps me standing so strong and true The true meaning of Love is deep within you.
I long to hear your voice each day To get me through these battles I face I know your there so deep within The trials they try to bind Each time I try to hide But then you whisper deep in my heart You let me know you won't depart.
So Lord, when I hear your whisper Keep me close so I don't stray, I'm tired of running to no dismay, Hold me close so I can tell Your love in me so deep within Helps me always to call your name Jesus my Lord, my SAVIOR my King Help me grow, whisper to me.

when we feel so alone He is holding us
Also it's not about feelings and or if we feel Him, it's about faith,
it's about a choice...we make choices in life, some are bad and some are not, but God still is on His throne..
