News Letter 5845-009

13th  day of the Second month 5845 years after creation
The Second Month in the Sabbatical Year
The Second Sabbatical Year of the 119th Jubilee Cycle

The 28th day in the count to Pentecost
May 9, 2009

Shabbat Shalom Brethren,

I will try to keep this short as this week's article again is about 26 pages in length.

On Yahoo news this week was news of another type of storm I have never heard of it before and it was going across the southern states. Watch the video of this fearsome type of storm called a Derecho.  If any of you experienced this storm write to us and let us know how it was. http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/player/popup/index.php?rn=222561&cl=13319094&ch=224106

On top of this, this week we had wild fires in Halifax Nova Scotia as well as in British Columbia and California once again has declared a state of emergency due to the wild fires. This is on top of the South Western USA in drought conditions that are severe to exceptional, which is very bad.

Then as we keep this Sabbatical year, we had news in the past couple of weeks of swine flu. Read with care what is now being said about this potential pandemic this fall.

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/afp/090507/health/health_flu_world

Mexico's schools, bars and cinemas reopened under strict supervision Thursday, but global health chiefs warned that one in three people worldwide could yet catch swine flu in a pandemic.

The latest WHO figures show 2,099 cases of influenza A(H1N1) infections have been reported by 23 countries.

"Complacency is the greatest danger," said Fukuda acting director-general of the UN's World Health Organisation. "It does appear to be a period where the virus maybe (is) seeding itself in various parts of the world.

"What we are seeing now is milder than in 1918 (when up to 50 million people died of the Spanish influenza pandemic). But 1918 started mild in springtime and became more severe in winter."

He later underlined: "If you look at past pandemics, it would be a reasonable estimate that a third of the population would be infected."

Scientists meanwhile stressed the importance of preventing the new swine flu virus from infecting patients already sick with the deadly H5N1 avian flu, particularly in Asia.

"If both viruses wind up in the same individual, they could mix genes and mutate into a form that is both very pathogenic and easily transmitted among humans," John Oxford, a virologist at London Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry, told AFP.

Countries have imposed a range of measures to prevent a global outbreak, especially hitting the tourism and travel industries.

So it will be very hard to escape when this does come full blown. Do you have your supply of masks yet?  Have you watched the DVD yet? http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=251

Then this week from Australia we had news of another epidemic called dengue fever and you can read of it at http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/qld-news/dengue-spread-the-worst-in-50-years-20090506-au8s.html where 1000 have become infected.

If you're reading this and do not yet know why these events are so important then please go and watch the DVD at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=251 and tell you loved ones and brethren to watch it too. It explains why these events are taking place and what is next and when it will be here. And when you compare the curses of Lev 26 with the Prophecies of Abraham as we are now doing it sends a chill up my back to learn exactly how and when Yahweh is going to do His will and that He has shown us this right from the beginning in Genesis.

Then once again I looked at Monday, February 9, 2009 article

*****Catastrophic Fall in 2009 Global Food Production*****  which can be viewed at http://www.marketskeptics.com/2009/02/2009-global-food-catastrophe.html

Then I did a search and typed in world drought 2009. You should do the same and read what is happening. Do not believe me, go and do it yourself. And look at the other pages beside page 1.

Here are a few of the articles I found;

Drought bad for wheat

"Terrible."

That was the word OSU Extension Agent Dana Bay used to describe current wheat conditions in the area, all caused by lack of rain.

''We're very dry," Bay said. "The wheat crop is terrible. If we don't get rain soon, there won't be much grain production."

Bay said wheat is now at a critical stage known as hollow stem. Hollow stem occurs when the developing head is still below the soil surface. Rain is critical to further growth.

''The wheat is very drought stressed at this time," Bay said. "We need a good soaking rain to come pretty quickly."

Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture Terry Peach described the situation as "fighting to survive" in an address on his website. He also described the outcome of lack of rain as an economic disaster.

In a phone interview Friday, he said, "In a good year, the state averages 140 million bushels of production. Without rain in the next 10 days, it could drop to the 70 million to 80 million range."

Pride of Argentina Falls on Hard Times

Drought Kills Off Cattle by Thousands

By Joshua Partlow

Washington Post Foreign Service
Monday, February 9, 2009;

Argentina is suffering its worst drought in decades and the cattle are dying by the barnload. Since October, the drought has taken down 1.5 million of the animals, according to an estimate by the Argentine Rural Society, in a country that last year sent 13.5 million to slaughter. The cattle for the most part are dying of hunger, as the dry skies have shriveled up their pastures, along with huge swaths of Argentina's important soy, corn and wheat fields.

Australia's Epic Drought is Global Warning

Circle of Blue Reports

The grievous consequences of drought and global warming are more visible and dangerous in Australia than in any other industrialized nation.

Wildfires last month killed 210 people in Victoria. The country's greatest wetland, the Coorong near Adelaide, is drying up. And as it does, the sulfur in the exposed bottomlands mixes with oxygen in the air to form sulfuric acid mud that is killing aquatic life. Forests of Red Gum trees, hearty sentinels of Australia's arid landscape, are dying. And crops across southeast Australia's Murray-Darling Basin, one of the planet's most productive food growing regions, are failing. Once prosperous rural cities are in decline, and suicides in farm families occur at a rate twice the national average.

China Faces Worst Drought In 50 Years

February 17, 2009

GONGYI, China -- The flowers that welcome visitors to the town of Gongyi in China's Henan province have seen better days. The stems that spell out the greeting message are withered and parched, the surrounding grass bleached yellow from lack of water.

China's worst drought in 50 years is taking a heavy toll here. It hasn't rained in nearby Yaoling village for more than 100 days. Even the government's efforts to fire cloud-seeding rockets into the sky that brought minor relief to much of the province haven't worked here.

Xi Guo Jun, a farmer from the village, runs his hands through his hair in exasperation. "All of our wheat has dried out and is dying. If it doesn't rain soon, the harvest will fail entirely and we won't have enough to eat," he says.

The village's 3,000 residents are entirely dependent on rainfall to grow wheat and rapeseed. The ground is too high to sink a well, and too far from the Yellow River's irrigation channels that water fields below. While the wheat can still be saved if rain comes, the rapeseed crop has been lost entirely.

"Some families don't even have enough to drink. I have parents, a wife and a daughter to feed," Xi spits in disgust. "How am I supposed to do that with no wheat?"

Unlike many farmers in the province, Yaoling has little or no wheat in reserve. As such, Vice Minister of Agriculture Wei Chao'an's recent assertion that the government's $57 million relief aid is working gets short shrift in Yaoling. "We've asked the government for a pump to get water in from outside but they won't give it to us because we've been given the accolade of living in a 'rich and healthy village'. We don't feel too rich or healthy right now," says 40-year-old farmer He Hong Pu.

Henan province, which produces around a quarter of China's wheat, is taking the brunt of the drought's impact. According to provincial government estimates, 43.5 million metric tons of wheat have been affected. Across the country, around 4.3 million people and two million head of livestock face drinking water shortages.

The first article on the Prophecies of Abraham that we covered was the one on a severe famine which is due to come in 2010, which can be read at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=489

Last week we then covered the Prophecy of Abraham which shows when Judgment is to come and it can be read at http://www.sightedmoon.com/?page_id=491

Brethren you need to read this series on the Prophecies of Abraham and you need to watch the DVD on the Chronological Order of Prophecies in the Jubilee. It is your families' future that is on the line or will be very soon.

As this is a long article and will require you attention as you study it out, I will not keep you here any longer. This week we cover another Prophecy of Abraham which has to do with the Sword and the 70 Shabuwa and the King of the North and South and the Birth of Ishmael.
