Today's "Marriage" Scripture by Jason Hunt *May 9, 2009*

Matthew 9:37

...The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask Him to send more workers into His fields

Why is the divorce rate among Christ followers on par to that of those in the world? Is that our testimony of Christ to non believers. If we all modelled God's idea of marriage to the world imagine how many people would realize a need and grow hungry for Christ. For those of you who have already suffered the pain of divorce you still have a great voice for the Lord in the power of your testimony. Is your marriage an example to those around you?

Father of creation, we thank You for the gift of relationship with You; our King. Equip us please Lord that we would show the world how to love. Send us as righteous workers into Your fields.
