Hebrews 2:10

For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

This week we are continuing again with the Names of Jesus. This week we are talking about how Jesus is our Captain of Salvation. Jesus brought us salvation and brought us the hope of ever getting into heaven. Imagine that you are on a big boat and Jesus is our Captain and the boat is called Salvation, He is the the only hope of us ever getting to our final destination. He helps guide us safely through storms. He is with us always and knows were we are going and the best course to take. Jesus is our Captain of Salvation. We need to be very grateful to Him for being such a wonderful Captain. We need to praise Him for His guidance, protection, and for our promise of Salvation though His Name!

Thank you Lord for everything that You are doing in our lives and for making us the people that we are. I pray that we will understand Hebrews 2:10 more and more as we go through our week.
